Drawing on extensive experience in leading well-being initiatives, fitness program administration, and strategic benefits planning across diverse organizations, Jessica brings a distinctive and holistic approach to empowering employee populations to enhance their health, extend longevity, and achieve total well-being. She currently serves on the Phillips 66 health and well-being benefits strategy team.
Jessica’s professional credentials include being a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, WELCOA Faculty member, Red Cross Instructor, FEMA Community Response Team member, and American College of Sports Medicine member. She lends her expertise as an advisory board member for the MD Anderson Adolescent and Young Adult Clinic.
Jessica holds a B.S. in Health and Sports Sciences from the University of Oklahoma and an M.S. in Kinesiology and Recreation: Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity from Illinois State University. She resides in Houston, Texas.
