This session highlights the growing landscape of menopause benefits, from symptom-management clinics and digital health tools to policy accommodations, manager training, and environmental adjustments.
Experts will discuss how to build a program that is evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and inclusive of diverse experiences, including perimenopause and surgical menopause.
Attendees will learn how these benefits can reduce absenteeism, improve productivity, and strengthen organizational culture—all while addressing a long-overlooked area of health equity.
