Janice became a Solver in 2017, bringing 20 years of experience within the benefits industry. In her current role, Janice leads teams focused on enhancing our machine learning applications, specifically Sofia, as well as member service technology for the call center. Her favorite aspect of the role is getting to work with all the amazing and smart people at Businessolver to continue to grow Sofia to be an empathetic virtual assistant. Outside of Businessolver, this University of Wisconsin alum enjoys traveling, a plethora of outdoor activities, and finding new books to read. She currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and three kids.
